What we ask in return
Beta access works best when both sides are explicit: testers get useful plan time, and the product gets practical signal from real usage.
Use VantaShell in real daily work, report reproducible bugs, share confusing flows, and send at least two feedback notes during the beta period. Security-sensitive reports should be submitted privately through support.
Keep credentials, host secrets, and private customer data out of public feedback.
Public beta feedback can live under the beta forum tag; private security or account details should stay in support tickets.
